Privacy Policy

• We collect the information required to provide clinic and app services, including name, mobile number, sex, city, district, source / partner details, appointment details, payment status, follow-up questions, media uploaded by the candidate, testimonials, reports, and notification tokens.
• Medical information, reports, images, videos, and follow-up content are treated as sensitive information and are used only for clinic operations, doctor review, support, compliance, and service improvement.
• We do not sell candidate data. Data may be shared only with clinic staff, doctors, payment service providers, SMS / notification service providers, hosting and storage providers, or legal / regulatory authorities when required.
• Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used to protect stored data. Candidates should not share OTPs or account access with anyone.
• Candidates may contact the clinic to request correction of profile details or support with account-related information.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are considered for duplicate payments, failed payments where money is debited, eligible cancellation cases, or cases where the clinic is unable to provide the booked service.
• Refund requests must be raised with the clinic using the contact number listed above and should include the registered mobile number, booking details, payment reference, and reason for refund.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method wherever possible. Bank, UPI, payment gateway, and settlement timelines may affect the final credit date.
• Any amount paid directly at the clinic is handled by the clinic according to the service actually provided and applicable clinic policy.
• A refund marked as pending in the app means the clinic/admin team must review and complete the refund process.

Cancellation Policy

• Candidates may request cancellation of a booking from the app or by contacting the clinic.
• If a paid booking is cancelled, the app may mark it for refund review. Refund eligibility depends on the booking status, service status, payment status, and clinic review.
• If the candidate misses the appointment, arrives late, provides incorrect information, or does not cooperate with required verification, the booking may be treated as no-show or delayed.
• The clinic may cancel or reschedule slots due to doctor availability, operational reasons, emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the clinic will support rescheduling or eligible refund handling.

Terms & Conditions

• By using the website, Android app, or clinic services, the candidate agrees to provide accurate details and to use the service only for lawful appointment, consultation, follow-up, report, payment, and testimonial purposes.
• OTP login is used to verify mobile number access. The candidate is responsible for keeping their OTP and device secure.
• Information displayed in the app is for clinic workflow and guidance. It should not be treated as a final medical fitness decision, recruitment guarantee, or substitute for direct doctor consultation.
• Uploaded photos, videos, audio, reports, and testimonials must belong to the candidate or be shared with valid consent. The clinic may reject, remove, or restrict content that is unclear, irrelevant, unlawful, abusive, or unsafe.
• Testimonials are published only after approval. Submitted testimonials may be reviewed for authenticity, clarity, consent, and appropriateness.
• Bookings, reports, follow-ups, payments, refunds, and notifications may depend on network availability, third-party services, payment gateways, SMS providers, hosting providers, and clinic operations.
• Medisure Defence Clinic may update these policies when required for service, legal, payment gateway, or platform compliance.
